Viktor Dmytrovych Nemtsov
(1937 – 2017) –
Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine, First Dean of the Faculty of Management and Marketing (1992-2002), Head of the Department of Management (1990-2008), Chairman of the Professional Council on Management of the State Academic Council of Ukraine (1996-2002).
On the initiative of Viktor Dmytrovych and thanks to significant personal efforts, the Faculty of Management and Marketing was created, thanks to which KPI made a remarkable turn from a purely engineering educational institution to the realization of the idea of a technical university.
Honesty, dignity, attention and respect for people – such traits were characteristic of Viktor Dmytrovych.
Eternal memory to Viktor Dmytrovych Nemtsov, who will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him, as well as those who continue his research in the scientific field!
