Education at the third (educational and scientific) level is aimed at mastering in-depth knowledge of the specialty, on the basis of which the applicant will be able to produce new knowledge, ideas, solve complex applied problems in the field of professional or research activities. This level involves mastering the scientific methodology, pedagogical competencies, conducting their own research, which will have scientific novelty and practical significance.
